Vana'Bout - Round 8 is almost here! (03/16/2026)

We are ready to announce the dates for the next round of Vana'Bout, an event that lets you combine forces with players from all over the world to earn rewards!

Event Period:
Saturday, March 21, 2026, at 1:00 a.m. (PDT) to Tuesday, March 31, 2026, at 7:59 a.m. (PDT)

Various adjustments have been made to the event in order to make it easier to play.

■ New changes
- You must now hold down the button to cancel a daily objective in Vana'Bout.

- The campaign period will be changed to 11 days.
- The names of each prize tier will be changed.
　Gold Tier > Limit Tier
　Silver Tier > Gold Tier
　Bronze Tier > Silver Tier

- New daily and time-based objectives will be added.
- The content and point distribution of daily and time-based objectives have been adjusted.
- The maximum number of points that can be acquired from daily objectives will be increased from 80 to 100 points.
- The maximum number of points that can be acquired from time-based objectives will be increased from 270 to 300 points.
- The target value for 100% completion of overall rewards will be slightly increased.

■Rewards
Complete the special Records of Eminence objective during the challenge period to earn plaudits for your efforts. The total number of plaudits earned by adventurers from all of the game's Worlds will be tabulated and if it exceeds the target amount, the challenge shall be considered a success.

The following are the available rewards for this event.

■Plaudits Goal: 100% achieved
- Add an Ambuscade Point Bonus Campaign to the April monthly campaigns

■Plaudits Goal: 125% achieved
- Add an Exemplar Points Bonus Campaign for five days in May

■Plaudits Goal: 150% achieved
- Extend the Exemplar Points Bonus Campaign in May by another five days

Egg Hunt Egg-stravaganza (03/13/2026)

The Egg Hunt Egg-stravaganza limited-time event returns for 2026!

Collect special initial eggs and work to complete certain phrases in order to earn various Egg Hunt-themed rewards.

Also, completing a specific role will let you earn up to one #FES dial key per day (Earth time) that can be used with the Gobbie Mystery Box. The #FES dial key allows you to use the Festival Dial, which contains spoils from content such as high-tier mission battlefields and high-tier avatar battlefields.

Play Seasonal Events to Get Items Such as a Fafnir Statue! (03/13/2026)

There have been countless items added to the game over the years, including some that were available via limited-time events that are not scheduled to return or otherwise only featured limited chances to acquire them.

Therefore, we have decided to introduce this special opportunity on a trial basis to either make these items available again or provide an easier, limited-time method to obtain them.

The returning item this time is the Fafnir statue, a furnishing from the notorious monster that appears as part of the current "Strange Happenings in Vana'diel" event. Placing it in your Mog House provides you with a Moghancement effect, so it's definitely worth playing through the event to obtain the item.

You can also obtain colored chips, which are items needed for the strange apparatus machines, the quest "In the Name of Science," and acquiring rune equipment. This is your chance to easily obtain these items from the Curator Moogle without having to buy them from a shop that is only open during certain hours.

The March Version Update Has Landed! (03/10/2026)

In this first round of updates to the Trust magic system, alter ego points can now be used to upgrade the basic stats of your alter egos.

As part of this update and others to come, we are shifting the Trust magic system from a party-support role to one focused on expanding solo play. We will also continue refining its core mechanics as part of a broader overhaul of the overall system.


We have also made the following updates based on everyone's feedback.

- Added job points and exemplar points as rewards to the treasure chests that can be opened with Unique data in the Limbus battle content.
- Reduced the waiting period needed to rejoin the battle after leaving the battle area in Colonization Reives, Lair Reives, and Wildskeeper Reives.

Strange Happenings in Vana'diel (03/07/2026)

Starting today, we will be launching a special event to commemorate the "Echoes of Vana'diel" crossover content between FINAL FANTASY XI and FINAL FANTASY XIV.

Out of nowhere, giant monsters have appeared in places where they most definitely do not belong. These unexpected visitors have the potential to throw the surrounding areas into utter chaos. Therefore, we are calling upon all available adventurers to help investigate this incident and defeat the invaders!



Additionally, it's rumored that the monsters may drop rather unusual materials when defeated...
